KNES 8 BEGINNING CARDIO KICKBOXING 1 Unit 0.5 hours lecture 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Introduces the student to basic knowledge and skills in cardio kickboxing. Provides students with a safe and effective cardiovascular workout that utilizes basic skills from sports, kickboxing, and self-defense, combined with constant aerobic movement. Emphasis is placed on beginning level combinations. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 8 and 16 . NR
