The student will learn the process of property analysis through the study of property productivity, supply and demand factors, and comparative analysis. Focus is placed on the role of market analysis and highest and best use analysis in decision making and evaluation. Counts toward 50 hrs BREA (Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers). NR
