An introduction to outdoor education and recreation designed for students with special needs and varying abilities. This class focuses on safety, outdoor fitness conditioning, and the basic skills needed to interact with the outdoor environment while participating in a variety of outdoor activities, such as stand up paddling, kayaking, sailing, surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, hiking, rock climbing, archery, paintball, and fishing.
