KNES 44 AQUATIC CONDITIONING 1.5 Units 1 hour lecture 2 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Recommended Preparation: Basic swimming ability Aquatic workouts to improve physical fitness through swimming. Emphasis will be placed on endurance training for improved cardiovascular fitness. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 41, 42, 43, 44, and 49. NR
