KNES 66 CORE TRAINING 1.5 Units 1 hour lecture 2 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Training to improve core strength, coordination, balance, quickness, and agility. Use of medicine balls, resistance bands, and fitness ball training for muscle enhancement to maximize performance. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 2, 10, 31, and 66. NR
