KNES 68 WALKING FOR FITNESS 1 Unit 0.5 hours lecture 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Recommended Preparation: Students should be able to complete a 1.0 mile walk within 20 minutes. Basic techniques of walking and a progressive training program for students of all ages and skill levels. Includes off-campus walks on trails. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 68, 69, and 86. NR
