KNES 28 BEGINNING YOGA 1 Unit 0.5 hour lecture 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Gentle yoga exercises focus on postural alignment, balance, joint flexibility, and muscle toning. Includes breathing techniques for stress reduction, calmness, and clarity. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 28, 39, 40, and DANC 28. Grading Method: GR - Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass NR
