MUS 96 INTRODUCTION TO ORGAN TECHNIQUE AND LITERATURE CLASS

Recommended Preparation: MUS 55A or demonstrated keyboard proficiency
Introduction to organ manual and pedal techniques, basic registration, hymn playing and organ literature. Performance of simple compositions, accompaniments and hymn tunes. Baroque organ style interpretation. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in MUS 96, 97, 98, and 99.
