Explores movement as a tool to aid in the acting process and to enhance the actor’s physical ability to communicate on stage. Emphasis is on the integration of verbal and non-verbal forms of communication focusing on basic movement skills, physical awareness, strength, flexibility, relaxation, control, and movement improvisation. Field trips may be required. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in TA 11, 35, 136, 190, and SP 35.
