KNES 44 AQUATIC CONDITIONING 1 Unit 0.5 hour lecture 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Recommended Preparation: Basic swimming ability Swimming and water exercises to develop and maintain physical fitness. Emphasis will be placed on endurance training for improved cardiovascular fitness. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 41, 42, 43, 44, and 49. Grading Method: GR - Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass NR
