KNES 4 BEGINNING WEIGHT LIFTING 1 Unit 0.5 hour lecture 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Basic skills and methods used in weight lifting. Free weights and machines will be used to develop lean muscle and decrease body fat. Individual workout program on resistance exercise equipment. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 4, 5, and 6. Grading Method: GR - Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass NR
