KNES 68 WALKING FOR FITNESS 1 Unit 0.5 hour lecture 1.5 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Recommended Preparation: Students should be able to complete a 1.0 mile walk within 20 minutes. Basic concepts and techniques of walking for fitness, with a progressive training program for students of all ages and skill levels. Course may include off campus walks. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 68, 69, and 86. Grading Method: GR - Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass NR
