Surveys American, British, French, and
Russian novels emphasizing form,
content, philosophical and historical perspectives, and criticism. The honors course is enriched by smaller class size and by scholarly and field research. Credit may be earned for ENG 27A or 27AH, but not both. Letter grade only.
