CDE 124 PRESCHOOL AND EARLY PRIMARY CHILD DEVELOPMENT

Physical, cognitive, and social emotional development topics specifically related to children ages 3-6 years old. Includes physical and mental health including brain development; concept development in math, language, science, social studies, and the arts; creativity and problem solving; and social and emotional development and supports. Addresses indicators of typical and atypical development, and caregiver’s cultural competence specifically tailored to working with children and families.
