DANC 28 YOGA FOR DANCERS 1.5 Units 1 hour lecture 2 hours lab Transfers: CSU, UC Designed for the dancer to build and maintain balance, flexibility and strength through postures, exercises and breathing techniques. Sequences will provide a methodical way for the dancer to condition the body and calm the mind in preparation for audition and performance (formerly DANC 128). Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 28, 39, 40, and DANC 28. NR
