MUS 23 INTRODUCTION TO WORLD MUSIC

A survey of the music of the world’s peoples, including North, Central, and South American, African, European, Indonesian, and Asian musics and their influence on music of the United States. This course will also cover basic ethnomusicological skills. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in MUS 20, 23, and 24.
